No More Bad Credits

Thursday, November 13th, 2008

Do we get loan without facing any problems? The answer is “NO”. Why is it so? This is when we begin to think of our credits. It is natural for a person earning a standard income to take some time to repay the loan amount. But it doesn’t mean that he should be denied of further loans or he shouldn’t opt for a better standard of living.

Often people declare bankruptcy, when they are not able to repay their debts. This isn’t fair. Everyone should be given a fair chance to improve their credit.  At DSI solutions, they provide a fair and equal chance for everyone to improve their credit score. They help people to get out of the hard time they are having by performing credit repairs. This not only helps you clear your debts but also makes eligible for further loans.

DSI solutions get the detailed credit reports of their clients and study them clearly. They take care of the actions that need to be performed in order to maintain a positive credit and improve the credit score for the client. The client will be informed about the happenings every week and a detailed report will be sent to them. They even take care of sending the Credit report dispute form to the credit bureau to remove the incorrect information on the credit report. The only thing we need to do is to register ourselves at www.repairyourbadcredit.com and sit back and plan our future. We can see our credits improve within few weeks.

House Boats of Kerala

Thursday, November 13th, 2008

The best part of the kerala tour would be the travel in a houseboat. These boats are called “kettuvallam”.  They were used as a mode of transportation for moving goods from one place to another. These boats are mostly made of bamboo, wood, coconut fibre and other naturally available stuffs. They can carry  5-30 tons of weight at a time, depending upon the size of the boat. A kettuvallam is built by placing wooden planks on the boat and tying them together with the help of coirs. A resin made from boiled cashew kernels is applied over the coir knots to keep them together. If properly maintained, a kettuvallam will remain good for over 100 years. Now these kettuvallams are used for tourist attraction as they can take people to remote inaccessible areas. The houseboats are available in different size according to the needs of the people. There a single bedroom, double bedroom and triple bedroom houseboats available. Some houseboats have first floor with balcony . They have entrance at the centre of the boat. The houseboats are fully furnished for tourism purpose and all the available furnitures are made of bamboo and coconut fibre. Even the toilets and bath fittings are made of bamboo sticks. Its really a good experience to rent a houseboat and travel through the backwaters of kerala, enjoy their beauty. The kettuvallam get water from a plastic tank kept above the roof. They waste from the toilet is flushed into the running water. They are well maintained everyday so that their lifetime will increase. These kettuvallams are steered by long bamboo poles or by motors. Even though they are a bit expensive, they are worth it.
